(NBC) At 94-years old, Nancy Reagan passed away on Sunday. She served as the First Lady to the late president Ronald Reagan for nearly the entire decade of the 1980s. The two met while they were still actors in Hollywood and remained at each other’s sides until Ronald assed away in 2004. Nancy was known for her anti-drug advocacy work with the “Just Say No” anti-drug campaign aimed at school-age drug and alcohol abuse. She was also an advocate of stem cell research in an effort to combat Alzheimer’s disease. While anti-abortion Republicans didn’t take kindly, Nancy worked with scientists to find a cure when Ronald began suffering from the disease in 1994. There is no cure for Alzheimer’s, but Nancy’s efforts brought forth new treatments.

(FOX / NY TIMES) In the GOP races, Trump took the Kentucky caucus and the Louisiana primary. While Cruz won the caucus in Kansas and Maine, Rubio notched his second win with the Puerto Rico primary, which is his only other win after taking Minnesota. Rubio’s home state of Florida holds its Republican primary on March 15th, which has an abundance of delegates up for grabs that many consider to be already won by Rubio. On the Democratic side, Bernie Sanders won Maine, Nebraska, and Kansas, while Hilary Clinton nabbed Louisiana. The delegate totals are as follows: for the GOP field, Trump has 384, Cruz has 300, Rubio has 151, and Kasich has 37. On the Democratic side, Clinton has 1,129 and Sanders has 498.
