(CNN) Erin Andrews, the former ESPN reporter and current FOX reporter, finally reached a settlement in court for the peephole video case. The jury awarded $55 million to Andrews for the uncovering of the stalker, Michael Barrett, who was 51% liable and served two and a half years in jail for the video. It’s likely that Barrett won’t be able to pay his share of $28 million, meaning that Andrews won’t see much of the money she was awarded. The other $27 million is under the responsibility of the hotel where the video took place, which is owned and will be covered by Windsor Capital Group and West End Hotel Partners.
